Job Description
â–ª Manage a commercially viable clinic in line with company guidelines
â–ª Provide lifestyle management screening tests
â–ª Conduct “Well Baby” clinics, including health immunisations and baby health monitoring
â–ª Offer and provide reproductive health services
â–ª Provide adult immunisations
â–ª Provide Primary Health Care e.g. minor ailments and wound care
â–ª Render a Phlebotomy Service
â–ª Compile professional, stock and financial management reports
â–ª Manage medical waste, ensure a safe environment and safety precautions are taken
â–ª Manage adverse events and emergencies
â–ª Counsel and advise patients on health information, weight management and refer patients to Pharmacists and other health professionals when appropriate
â–ª Plan and implement “Health Days” and other projects
â–ª Develop health professional networks
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
â–ª Registration as Professional Nurse
â–ª 3 year diploma in nursing or the 4 year degree
â–ª A minimum of 3 years practical experience in a broad range of nursing disciplines, preferably Community Health, Primary Health and Midwifery
â–ª Unisolv and Allegra (preferable)
â–ª MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

â–ª Ensures patient information is held securely, confidentially and accurately maintained on an electronic system
â–ª Administration and reporting to ensure efficient running of the clinic as per company policy and processes
â–ª Ensures payment for services received by ensuring controls in place and adhered to
â–ª Manages, monitors and orders clinic services stock and equipment, along with prevention of loss and shrinkage and monitoring cold chain
â–ª Financial and commercial acumen
â–ª Ensures SANC registration and indemnity up to date
â–ª Establishes locum network and arranges locums
