A leading healthcare provider in South Africa is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead the nursing service in the hospital. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional nursing experience in a hospital and 2 years in a management role. Responsibilities include managing resources, ensuring patient safety, and implementing nursing strategies. This is a permanent on-site position based in Cape Town.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The Nursing Manager leads and directs the nursing service in the hospital, including patient safety and patient experience and the management of human and other resources.

    Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing when managing a specialist hospital (e.g. Mental Healthcare)
