Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner for a childcare facility in Rustenburg. You will deliver high-quality care and education, fostering a loving, safe environment for young children to thrive and develop.

You will plan activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage, monitor progress, and maintain strong communication with families while upholding safeguarding standards and promoting ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Nursery Practitioner or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of child development and early years pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport.
• Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging educational activities based on Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Ensure the health, safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Communicate with parents, providing updates on development.
• Maintain a stimulating and organized learning environment.
