Placements24 in Rustenburg is seeking an Infant Care Specialist to provide dedicated care for babies from birth to ~18 months. You will establish routines, support attachment, and ensure safety and nurturing environments that promote early learning.

You will work with a caring team in a childcare setting, carrying out age-appropriate activities, monitor health, and communicate with parents and supervisors to support each child's development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working directly with infants in a professional childcare setting.
• Knowledge of infant development milestones and appropriate care practices.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Ability to maintain a calm and reassuring demeanor.
• Certification in pediatric First Aide and CPR is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene protocols for infants.

Responsibilities
