Overview

We are currently looking for outstanding candidates for our nursery manager position at our Kirkby site.

• Location: Kirkby, Liverpool, Merseyside
• Job Type: Full‑time (Contract)
• Holiday entitlement: 28 days including holidays
• Bonus: Team member bonuses and additional manager bonus based on budget KPIs

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of nursery provision on a day‑to‑day basis
• Ensure financial efficiency and high‑quality practice
• Recruitment, marketing and maintaining the safety and well‑being of children
• Maintain client satisfaction and deliver the organisation’s offer for young children
