We have an opportunity for a nurse team leader to join our team in Morar Ward, New Craig's Hospital. Morar ward is a 24-bed adult acute admissions ward who provides care for patients in Highland.

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, dynamic, and innovative individual who has experience working in mental health. The successful candidate will be able to lead the team on a day-to-day basis and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

The role will include supporting the band 7 charge nurse in meeting training and appraisal targets , delivering and coordinating supervision sessions, developing and managing rosters.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on clinical leader who will provide expertise on mental health to our multi-disciplinary team.
