Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is looking to recruit a Registered Nursing Practitioner to manage a commercially viable clinic within our Clicks network in Cape Town. You will promote services, deliver high-quality patient care and manage administration, stock, and patient information securely.

You will lead a team, coordinate phlebotomy and vaccination services, and develop health programs, while building professional networks and ensuring regulatory compliance with SANC guidelines.

Qualifications

• : Must have at least 3 years of practical nursing experience across diverse disciplines including community health, primary health and midwifery.
• : Knowledge of SANC regulations and clinic administration is essential.
• : Proficient with patient data handling, privacy and electronic record systems.

Responsibilities

• : Establish and grow a loyal client base by promoting clinic services and delivering high-quality patient care.
• : Provide diverse clinic services including lifestyle screenings, immunisations, PHC, phlebotomy and baby health monitoring.
• : Counsel patients on health information, weight management and refer to pharmacists or health professionals when appropriate.
• : Ensure secure handling of patient information and accurate point-of-sale/payment processing.
• : Administer efficient clinic operations including booking locums and timely reporting on finances and stock.
• : Manage stock, monitor cold chain, prevent losses and ensure safety precautions.
• : Build health professional networks to expand clinic offerings.
• : Plan and coordinate Health Days and other projects to enhance Clicks’ services.
• : Manage adverse events and emergencies professionally.
