This position is contract-based. There is no basic salary. Nurses are paid per completed questionnaire.

Qualifications:

• Registered / Enrolled Nurse
• Minimum 2 years Phlebotomy experience

• Valid Indemnity
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Access to internet, a scanner, and your own computer or laptop
