Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license in the country of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in emergency and/or critical care is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care and treatment to crew members on board ships and vessels.
• Assess and monitor patients' conditions and provide appropriate treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
• Educate crew members on health and safety practices and provide guidance on healthy living habits.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients.
• Assist in emergency situations and provide first aid as needed.
• Monitor and maintain medical supplies and equipment on board ships.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on board ships.
