Crew Life At Sea Ltd. seeks experienced Doctors to join our cruise line partners onboard international placements.

The role delivers medical care to guests and crew, from minor illnesses to major emergencies, and leads the onboard medical team to uphold international health and safety standards. You will hold a Medical Degree with a valid license, 3+ years in acute or emergency care, and preferred specializations (Emergency/Internal/General Practice/Cardiology/Surgery).

Qualifications

• Medical degree and valid license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience in acute or emergency care.
• Advanced certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment for guests and crew
• Respond to medical emergencies onboard and at sea, including 24/7 on-call coverage
• Perform minor surgical procedures and emergency interventions
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and reports
• Manage medical inventory, supplies, and controlled medications
• Support outbreak prevention, infection control, and public health compliance
• Supervise and train nurses, paramedics, and medical support staff
• Collaborate with ship officers on health, hygiene, and safety policies

About the Opportunity:
Crew Life At Sea is currently seeking experienced Doctors to join leading cruise line partners. This senior role is responsible for delivering medical care to guests and crew, from minor illnesses to major medical emergencies, as well as leading the onboard medical team in maintaining international health and safety standards.

All placements are made directly with the cruise line Crew Life At Sea does not charge any recruitment or placement fees.

Role Responsibilities:

Who Were Looking For:

• Medical Degree from a recognized institution

• Valid medical license in good standing

• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience in acute or emergency care

• Specialization in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Practice, Cardiology, or General Surgery preferred

• Advanced certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS (valid for contract duration)

• Experience performing minor surgical procedures
