The Small Enterprise Development Agency is seeking to appoint a leader to manage its provincial network operations in South Africa. This role is crucial for delivering support services to small enterprises in alignment with Seda's strategies and policies. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE
JOB
To lead, plan, manage, monitor and evaluate Seda provincial network
operations in delivering support services to Small Enterprises in line
with Seda strategy and policies.
KEY PERFORMANCE
AREAS
❖ Manage the Provincial network and provide leadership, direction,
support and advice to the Provincial network
❖ Develop strategic alliances and partnerships with all relevant
stakeholders and effectively communicate with media in order to
promote and advance the Seda vision, mission and mandate
❖ Infrastructure Management
❖ People Management
REQUIRED MINIMUM
EDUCATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor Degree plus Honours Degree
(NQF Level 8) or Post Graduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) in
Operational Management or Business Administration.
❖ Master’s Degree (NQF Level 9) as added advantage
REQUIRED WORK
EXPERIENCE
❖ 8 -10 year’s work experience in Operations Management of which
at least 5 years must have been in a management position.

and procedures related to SMME development
❖ Knowledge of the PFMA and Procurement related policies
❖ Knowledge and understanding of communications and
stakeholder management requirements and processes
