As our Nike Retail Store Coach, your mission will be to create an environment that delivers a premium consumer and employee experience, and to implement and execute programs to drive business results.

Responsibilities

1. Manage all daily activities in a specific area of the store (S&R, Footwear, Apparel, etc.), including selling and service, selecting and developing associates, merchandising, and time and business management.
2. Execute and maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standards.
3. Communicate promotional event information to maximize results of each event.
4. Identify issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback.
5. Assist the Store Manager in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of retail experience, or 4 years of retail experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 1 year's management experience.
• Demonstrable experience in retail management, including coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Proficiency in retail business systems and Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
