Post Summary:
The Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the smooth, safe and efficient operation of the hospital during night shifts. The role ensures continuity of patient care, effective staffing and resource utilization, adherence to hospital policies and procedures, and compliance with clinical, operational, safety and quality standards. The Night Supervisor serves as the first point of escalation for after-hours operational challenges, supporting nursing and non-clinical departments to maintain high standards of patient care, service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Relevant Nursing degree/diploma.
- Diploma or degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Management, Nursing Administration and critical care or a related field would be advantageous.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant clinical nursing experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' supervisory or nursing management experience.
- Previous experience in a private hospital environment will be advantageous.
