Job Summary: The Night shift Production/Sewing Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, including supervising sewing operators, coordinating workflow, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of sewing operators and production staff.
2. Plan and schedule production orders to meet deadlines and production targets.
3. Ensure all production processes adhere to quality standards and specifications.
4. Monitor and communicate inventory levels of materials and supplies with the relevant department.
5. Train new employees on sewing techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
6. Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
7. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as design and quality control, to ensure seamless production processes.
9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency measures.
11. Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

Qualifications:

1. Qualification in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience as a Production/Sewing Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of sewing techniques, machinery, and equipment.
4. Proficiency in MS Office.
