Job Summary: The Night shift Production / Sewing Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, including supervising sewing operators, coordinating workflow, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of sewing operators and production staff.
• Plan and schedule production orders to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Ensure all production processes adhere to quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor and communicate inventory levels of materials and supplies with the relevant department.
• Train new employees on sewing techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as design and quality control, to ensure seamless production processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency measures.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Qualification in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Production / Sewing Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of sewing techniques, machinery, and equipment.
