A well-established bakery located in Edenvale is currently seeking a night shift Bakery Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years management experience, with a preference for experience in commercial and/or retail baking management. Candidates with experience in hospitality or foods wholesale management will also be considered.

The primary responsibilities of the role will include:

1. Quality control
2. Quantity control
3. Logistics management
4. Stock control
5. General administration

The ability to think quickly and work within strict guidelines is essential. Strong staff management & training skills are also required. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to manage the production process and organize general operations.

Salary: R 17 – 23 K Net (R20000,00 Monthly)
