We are recruiting for a responsible, reliable, and experienced Night Porter to join our boutique hotel in Cape Town.

Location: Cape Town City Bowl Area

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and assistance to guests during night hours
• Handle late check-ins and early departures efficiently
• Assist with guest requests, orders, turndowns, and luggage handling
• Maintain security and safety standards throughout the night
• Carry out light housekeeping and setup tasks for morning operations
• Monitor hotel premises and follow security procedures
• Liaise with the front of house team to ensure a seamless guest experience

Remuneration: Market related

Requirements

Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented. Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle late-night responsibilities.
