Night Manager

Night Manager position available in Wellington.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage night shift staff, ensuring timely attendance and departures.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to safety/security protocols.
• Address any operational or customer service issues that arise during the shift.
• Report shift performance and coordinate with day shift management.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
• Provide leadership and resolve any team or performance issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, general management, or operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle stress and make quick decisions.
• Comfortable working evening shifts.
