Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in a close-knit night shift team. Previous care experience with older people is preferred but not required, as comprehensive training will be given.

• Experience caring for older people preferred but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care and continence needs.
• Closely monitor residents during the night and perform regular checks.
• Support residents with eating and drinking.
• Ensure the home and equipment is safe, clean and tidy at all times.
• Complete accurate care records and report changes to the person in charge.
