Qualifications

• Previous experience with care of older people preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal care and continence needs
• Closely monitoring residents during the night and undertaking regular checks
• Supporting residents with eating and drinking
• Ensuring the home and equipment is safe, clean and tidy at all times
• Completing accurate care records and reporting changes to the person in charge
