Job summary

Our client in Franschhoek is seeking a Night Auditor for a Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will oversee night shift operations, ensure accurate Night Audit reporting, and coordinate with all departments to prioritise guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, balancing departments, and upselling resort facilities. Preference for candidates with 5-star hotel experience and local knowledge of Franschhoek and surrounds.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality (or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar hospitality role.
• Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs night shift operations across Front Office and related departments.
• Responds to guest requests during night hours and coordinates with department night teams.
• Ensures Night Audit and reporting are completed accurately and end-of-day procedures are followed.
• Ensures guest special requests are met and clearly communicated to all departments.
• Upsells resort facilities and services to guests and affiliates.
