A leading hotel in Johannesburg is seeking a skilled receptionist to handle guest check-ins, manage reservations, and maintain guest accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a hospitality qualification, and a proactive problem-solving approach. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of reception experience and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to exceptional guest service.
