Placements24 is seeking a Specialist Recruitment Consultant to focus on the Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal market, delivering bespoke talent solutions in a chosen industry sector. You will build trusted advisor relationships with clients and attract high-caliber candidates.

You will have autonomy to shape your market, manage end-to-end recruitment, conduct in-depth interviews, and steer offers through onboarding, while enjoying a fully remote working arrangement and access to advanced recruitment

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in a specialist sector.
• Proven ability to source hard-to-find talent.
• Excellent market knowledge and client/candidate communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted recruitment strategy in your specialist sector.
• Source and engage highly skilled candidates, including passive outreach.
• Build understanding of the industry landscape and talent pools.
• Manage client relationships and advise on talent acquisition trends.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure best fit.
• Close offers and onboard candidates.
