Requirements:

• Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• Strong interest in Labour law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation
• Drafting legal documents, contracts, and policies
• Representing clients in Labour disputes, CCMA cases, and disciplinary hearings
• Providing legal advice on employment-related matters
• Engaging in dispute resolution and negotiations
• Staying updated with Labour legislation and case law
