Job Overview

This role involves managing sales operations, ensuring legal compliance, developing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading a sales team to meet targets within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Adhere to legal regulations such as FICA, POPI Act, and CPA.
  2. Assist with trade-ins and vehicle evaluations.
  3. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales.
  4. Set strategic targets and establish SOPs.
  5. Manage legal, litigation, and operational risks.
  6. Ensure sales targets and vehicle stock management are met according to policies.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with business partners and customers.
  8. Manage end-to-end sales processes and maximize profits.
  9. Oversee customer complaint resolution and digital content management.
  10. Monitor operational progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  11. Plan sales activities, set priorities, and review targets regularly.
  12. Ensure compliance with governance standards to mitigate risks.
Financial Management
  1. Meet or exceed gross profit targets and manage budgets.
  2. Optimize resource and asset management for cost efficiency.
Customer Relations
  1. Support customer query resolution and build customer loyalty.
