Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to legal regulations such as FICA, POPI Act, and CPA.
- Assist with trade-ins and vehicle evaluations.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales.
- Set strategic targets and establish SOPs.
- Manage legal, litigation, and operational risks.
- Ensure sales targets and vehicle stock management are met according to policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners and customers.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes and maximize profits.
- Oversee customer complaint resolution and digital content management.
- Monitor operational progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Plan sales activities, set priorities, and review targets regularly.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards to mitigate risks.
Financial Management
- Meet or exceed gross profit targets and manage budgets.
- Optimize resource and asset management for cost efficiency.
Customer Relations
- Support customer query resolution and build customer loyalty.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and manage CRM processes.
- Align services with customer expectations and organizational standards.
People Management
- Create a positive work environment and manage workforce planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members.
- Manage change effectively and uphold company values.
- Qualifications include Matric, relevant tertiary qualifications, and 3-5 years of experience in sales or retail, with supervisory experience.
