Our client is looking for a focused and committed sales specialist to join their sales team in KZN - Durban South.

Remuneration:

R 125 400 PA plus performance-based Incentive – Benefits including Provident Fund, Medical Aid, Company Vehicle, and Fuel Allowance.

POSITION INFO: Duties include:

  1. Sell the maximum number of new cars.
  2. Achieve maximum first and second gross profits.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the company sales policy to ensure return and referral sales.
  4. Initiate and close deals.
  5. Adhere to all legal requirements in terms of CPA and necessary documentation.
  6. Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed.
  7. Network, promote and ensure activities are in line with focus to retail new cars.
  8. Communicate with Sales Manager for innovative concepts to improve sales and customer base.
  9. Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross).
  10. Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care.

Requirements:

  1. Must have minimum 2-3 years Automotive Car Sales experience at a franchise dealership.
  2. Matric (Grade 12).
  3. 3 Months Commission sheets / Payslips.
  4. Self and Target Driven.
  5. Leads Management.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Must have MS Office, E&D, Autobid experience.
  8. Social media / Digital knowledge.
  9. Valid Driver's License.
