Whether you are an experienced New Car Sales Manager or a top-performing Sales Executive looking to transition into management, this is your chance to lead a sales team, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Remuneration: R 25k – R 30k per month, depending on experience, plus lucrative performance-based incentives. Benefits include Provident Fund, Medical Aid, Company Vehicle, and Fuel Allowance.

Duties include:
  1. Lead and inspire the new car sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  2. Achieve maximum first and second gross profits.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  5. Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure success.
  6. Ensure a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.
  7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and other departments on promotional campaigns.
  9. Network and promote activities aligned with retail new car sales focus.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  11. Monitor stock levels to optimize stock turnover.
  12. Initiate and close deals, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed.
Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Minimum 5 years automotive car sales/management experience at a franchise dealership (e.g., VW, Ford, Nissan, Mazda, Mahindra, Chery, Toyota, Suzuki, MG).
  • Proven sales track record (3 months commission sheets/payslips).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Leads management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Deal-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Evolve, Kerridge, Drive.
  • Valid Driver's License.
