A leading and well-established OEM automotive dealership is looking for a dynamic and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and inspire our new car sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a reputable brand and drive growth through strong leadership, customer focus, and strategic sales initiatives
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the New Vehicle Sales Department to achieve volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns aligned with OEM and dealership goals.
- Motivate, train, and guide a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Handle vehicle ordering, stock management, and floor planning.
- Ensure compliance with all OEM and dealership policies, procedures, and sales standards.
- Report on department performance, sales metrics, and forecasting.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of new vehicle sales processes, CRM systems, and dealership operations.
- Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record.
