• Maintain gross profit (GP) according to dealership standards.

• Aim for at least 1 finance application per day.
• Meet daily sales activity targets and follow up with customers.
• Explain product knowledge, applications and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment and test drives to customers.
• Work offsite displays; overtime/weekend work may be required.
• Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems.

• Satisfies the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
• Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Offers test drives to all prospects following proper dealership procedures and road to a sale.
• Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Establishes personal income goals and devises strategies to meet them.
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
• Admin to be completed professionally and within deadlines.
• Delivers vehicles and ensures customers understand vehicle’s operating features and warranty.
• Introduces customers to service department personnel for future services.
• Post delivery follow up.
• Maintain floor and display area, preparation of stock of retail.
• Reviews and analyzes actions to plan more effectively.
