JHB208 – New Vehicle Sales Executive - Western Cape, CBD

Our client, a well-established dealership, is looking for a successful, experienced, and high-performing New Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team and drive sales to the next level. If you are passionate about vehicle sales and customer care, you should apply for this sought-after position.

Remuneration:

R 10,972 per month plus performance-based incentives – Benefits include Provident Fund, Medical Aid, Company Vehicle, and Fuel Allowance.

Duties include:

  • Sell the maximum number of new cars
  • Achieve maximum first and second gross profits
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the company's sales policy to promote return and referral sales
  • Initiate and close deals
  • Adhere to all legal requirements in terms of CPA and necessary documentation
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed
  • Network, promote, and ensure activities align with the focus on retailing new cars
  • Communicate with the Sales Manager for innovative concepts to improve sales and customer base
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors, increasing market share, new vehicle sales, and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross)
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care

Requirements:

  • Must have 2-5 years recent automotive car sales experience at a franchise dealership (e.g., VW, Toyota, Amoda, Suzuki, Chery, Haval)
  • Between 30 and 50 years of age
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 3 months of commission sheets/payslips
  • Self and target-driven
  • Leads management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong deal-building and negotiation skills
  • PC literate (NRSM, Focus Pro, E-master, SWP, Motovate)
  • Social media knowledge
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reside within the immediate or nearby Cape Town CBD
