Job Description: My client is seeking an NPD Technologist with at least 6 years of experience in Research & Development to manage projects from brief to launch.

This includes product development, organoleptic evaluation, approval processes, shelf-life testing, specification sheets, and nutritional analysis.

The role also involves factory trials and production handover, covering the full cycle.

Full record-keeping of all development activities and modifications is essential.

Additional responsibilities include product maintenance, cost and process improvements, existing product enhancement, and raw material optimization development.

Knowledge of FSSC 22000 standards is required.

Qualifications: Must have a Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or Food Science.
