Calling All Kitchen Designers and Sales Specialists in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal! Easylife Kitchens is a professional organization with over 32 years of experience and more than 40 showrooms nationwide.

Our showrooms are mainly franchisee-owned, and requirements as well as remuneration will vary from showroom to showroom.

Requirements for a Sales and Design Consultant :

1. Overview: R10 – R15 per month, depending on relevant experience, plus commission on sales achieved.
2. Location: Showroom-based role.

Skills, Experience, and Training Required :

• Proficiency in kitchen design and computer literacy is mandatory.
• A driver's license and your own transport are required.
• Preferred but not mandatory: 3 years of Sales or Project Management experience.
• Experience in the Kitchen or Manufacturing industry.
• A formal Interior Design Qualification.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years' work experience in Interior Design.
• Proficiency in Winner design software.

Responsibilities :

• Manage customer designs, quotes, contracts, payments, and orders.
• Develop and finalize designs for clients.
• Manage projects from start to finish.
• Stakeholder management throughout the project.
• Manage client expectations and provide regular updates.
• Stay updated with the latest technology and industry trends.
• Ensure quality of service delivery on projects.
• Meet sales and margin targets.
