Key Responsibilities

1. Develop trend-forward, commercially viable product concepts
2. Translate brand identity into all designs
3. Create detailed CADs and tech packs to support cost-effective production
4. Monitor product performance and drive ongoing improvements
5. Work cross-functionally to ensure quality and timely sample execution
6. Identify market gaps and contribute to new product development

What You’ll Need

1. Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design
2. 3+ years of relevant experience (preferably in textiles or manufacturing)
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
4. Solid knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims
5. Detail-oriented with excellent planning and communication skills
6. Ability to thrive under pressure, both independently and in a team
7. Driver’s license and own transport preferred
