Job description

Red Ember recruitment is recruiting for New Business Sales for their client in Durban.

POSITION INFO :

  • Achieving set activity and sales targets on a monthly & annual basis.
  • Setting up appointments and attending meetings with new and existing clients for the generation of new and addon business.
  • Calling on existing clients on a daily / weekly basis to ensure the client is happy and the account is run smoothly.
  • Establish potential marketing sources for the generation of new business, such as cold calling, email, Linked IN and so on.
  • Assist with administrating deal applications with the necessary documents as required by facilities for approval.
  • Liaise with clients and scheduling department to have installations and roll outs completed smoothly.
  • Ensure all documentation in terms of company workflow process is completed and accurate.
  • Continually update weekly report on sales and marketing.
  • Manage and / or handle queries & complaints from clients.
  • Manage relationships with your clients as a first point of contact.
  • Perform any additional functions within the job portfolio as required from time to time.
