New Business Lead – Property Expansion (QSR/Retail Sector) Somerset West | Full-Time Are you a strategic dealmaker with a knack for finding prime locations and closing high-impact property deals? We’re looking for a New Business Lead to drive expansion by identifying, securing, and onboarding new property opportunities across high-traffic trade areas. This is your chance to join a dynamic, growth-focused team making major moves in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) and retail landscape. What You’ll Be Doing Site Acquisition & Development Scout and secure top-tier sites for new outlets Build a pipeline through strong relationships with landlords, agents, and developers Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and trade zone analysis Negotiate leases and secure commercially favorable terms Strategy & Market Planning Develop acquisition strategies in line with broader business goals Use consumer, performance, and demographic data to target key growth zones Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align strategy with operational readiness Stakeholder Management Engage with brokers, legal, planning, and development partners Support franchise growth plans with expert insight and market intelligence Liaise across departments—finance, legal, construction, and ops—for seamless rollout Due Diligence & Risk Control Lead feasibility, planning, and legal due diligence on all new sites Ensure compliance with zoning laws and internal policies Assess risks through modelling and analysis What You Bring ️ A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, or similar ️ 5+ years’ experience in property acquisition/development (ideally in QSR, retail, or hospitality) ️ Proven success in sourcing and securing profitable retail locations ️ Deep knowledge of property law, lease structuring, and local planning processes ️ Proficiency in data tools (Excel, GIS, CRM) and location analytics ️ Strong network in real estate (agents, landlords, developers) ️ Sharp commercial acumen and stakeholder communication skills Why You’ll Love It There Competitive salary + performance bonuses A collaborative, high-performance team environment The chance to make a tangible impact through high-growth initiatives Apply now and let’s shape the future of retail expansion—one site at a time.
