Job summary

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to after-sales service, maintain CRM records, and hit monthly targets. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are essential for field visits and timely customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an external hunter sales role.
• Experience in fire safety equipment, fire protection, or health & safety training is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, resilient, and target-driven.
• Valid driver's license.
• Own reliable vehicle (essential).

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
• Sell fire safety equipment, solutions, and health & safety training services.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to after-sales service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities on the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services.
