New Business External Sales Representative B2B / Corporate AA / EE - Randburg

We are seeking a New Business Sales Representative at our Head Office in Randburg, reporting to the Business Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an outgoing personality and a mature attitude, capable of confident communication at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify opportunities and generate new sales in the corporate sector (B2B).
  2. Understand and focus on legal binding B2B contracts.
  3. Provide solutions in the Vehicle Fleet environment.
  4. Achieve monthly and annual installation targets.
  5. Maintain, manage, and develop an existing customer database.
  6. Generate approximately 20% of business from first-time customers and 80% from existing customers.
  7. Deliver excellent service and support to both new and existing clients.
  8. Manage customer queries and requests effectively.
  9. Maintain product knowledge in IoT and Telematics, as determined by management, assessed through product evaluations.
  10. Deliver presentations to various stakeholders.
  11. Meet activity levels as determined by management and submit weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
  12. Perform all administrative functions, including preparing and submitting quotations.
  13. Manage and act on leads from internal and external partners within set timeframes.
  14. Network and build relationships across business, dealer, broker, and fitment centre channels.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the corporate/B2B market.
  • Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
  • Completion of recognized formal sales training or relevant experience.
  • Proven success in canvassing, cold calling, and hunting for new business.
  • Evidence of earning commissions.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
