Job description

Our client is looking for an individual to fill the role of a Senior Healthcare Services Consultant.

This successful individual will provide administrative support for the operational director and the department.

Responsibilities:
  1. Inbound Sales – Pipedrive (B2C) – meet monthly target
  2. Onboarding of schemes
  3. Member benefits consultation – inbound and outbound
  4. Member profile analysis
  5. Process new business – submit application forms to the scheme
  6. Member inductions
  7. Year-end renewals
  8. Oversee and manage the team
  9. Campaign management and identify opportunities
  10. Investigate, resolve, and respond to internal and external client queries.
  11. Data entry and maintaining accurate client records onto our CRM system.
  12. Manage projects from start to end and be able to set priorities.
  13. Professional communication (written and verbal) and reporting skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  14. Ensuring that all standard documents, such as membership certificates, policy documents, mailers, benefit brochures, are issued timeously to clients.
  15. Suitable skills to work in a team environment.
  16. Adherence to service level agreements (Internal and external).
  17. Adherence to internal controls and procedures in place always.
  18. Support the director in sales, identify opportunities, and management of the team
  19. Compliance
  20. Maintain client engagement files with regards to all companies' requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Matric (Grade 12 passed)
  2. Regulatory Exam (RE5) & CMS BR number
  3. 2 years' experience in administration and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a consulting role
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  5. Proficient in Excel particularly VLOOKUP, will be advantageous
  6. Driver's license and own transport a must.
  7. Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and high level of accuracy
  8. Reliable and punctual
  9. Strong ability to organize and prioritize
  10. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  11. Results-focused and displays energy when performing tasks
  12. Good working ethics (always committed and share knowledge)
