Ecowize is looking for an experienced New Business Development & Technical Consultant to join the Biosecurity (Chemicals) division. If you have a passion for sales and proven experience in the hygiene industry, this position is for you.

The purpose of the New Business Development & Technical Consultant is to implement business development strategies that focus on financial gain and onboarding new customers. The successful incumbent will be responsible for all duties that drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and establishing strong relationships with customers.

High-level Objectives :

  • Identify new markets and customer needs to ensure value-added service.
  • Promote the company’s products.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call ratios to ensure targets are met.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Focus on new business development in Food industry sectors.
  • Meet sales targets by developing and implementing growth strategies for specific market segments.
  • Develop and expand your customer database, meeting weekly and monthly targets.
  • Conduct client site surveys and provide solutions.
  • Report customer needs and issues to management.
  • Negotiate sales and close business deals.
  • Manage invoicing and payments.
  • Hand over new contracts to operations.
  • Follow up with after-sales service, emphasizing the value of offerings.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality.
  • Provide customer product training as required.
