Job Description

Provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment and is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide quality service to customers, identify new business opportunities, support retention, process cases, and resolve customer problems.
  2. Solutions Analysis: Analyze specific problems to find the best solutions, which could be technical or professional.
  3. Receiving Visitors: Welcome visitors, assist with information requests, and refer complex matters to colleagues.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Schedule follow-up actions, update CRM with relevant information to support customer retention and business development.
  5. Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives for sales calls, tailor presentations, ask relevant questions to gauge customer interest, and identify areas needing further clarification.
  6. Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop relationship management plans, identify decision-makers, and facilitate effective communication to build relationships.
  7. Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards; seek approval for exceptions.
  8. Business Development: Analyze sales and market data, develop personal networks, represent the organization at events, gather market intelligence, and enhance organizational visibility.
  9. Data Exploration: Conduct research, analyze themes and trends using primary data sources and business intelligence tools.
  10. Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to internal and external networks of people, technologies, and ideas.
