We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a HUNTER Sales professional.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Sales Hunter to aggressively pursue new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive sales professional with a "hunter" mentality, skilled at identifying, engaging, and closing new clients in the SaaS/PaaS market. The ideal candidate will have experience selling cloud-based solutions and be comfortable navigating complex sales cycles with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for and generate new business opportunities and logos in target markets through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, pain points, and fit for the PaaS solution.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to client challenges and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting the value and benefits of the PaaS platform.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to ensure client retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast monthly sales targets.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and identify new prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a sales hunter in SaaS, PaaS, or cloud software sales with 3-10 years of experience.
  • Strong ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and software development ecosystems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 40%).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
