Job description

Amazon is seeking a New Accounts Manager who is self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced 360 sales cycle environment.

Your role will focus on contributing to new business acquisition through lead generation, phone/email-based business evaluation, and supporting the business launch of Amazon partners.

You will also build relationships with partners continuously, supporting their business growth. In addition to account management, you will incorporate feedback from partners into new opportunities to improve Amazon’s products, services, processes, systems, and tools.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Build your own pipeline of opportunities, identifying high sales potential Selling Partners.
  2. Adept at building relationships with Director-level decision makers, developing a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs, and articulating compelling reasons for Partners to launch on Amazon.
  3. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track account information, sales progress, forecast, and prioritize to meet or exceed quarterly enrollment targets.
  4. Manage numerous business opportunities concurrently.

Qualifications include:

  • Commercial-related experience (business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales and account management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, able to identify problems and initiate resolutions.
  • Enjoy working with data to create data-driven strategies to achieve individual and business goals.
  • E-commerce experience.
  • Experience solving analytical problems through professional experience or education.
