2+ years of experience in NOC operations, data center facility management, or critical infrastructure monitoring. or
Better to have basic knowledge of Electrical, Generators, UPS, HVAC in Data Center
Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Composure under high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
Education
Required Certifications
Associate’s/bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Recent Bachelor graduates are encouraged to apply.
Duties
Infrastructure Monitoring:
Monitor real-time performance of data center infrastructure (power, HVAC, cooling, generators, fire suppression) using tools like UFM, BMS, or cusmizes Dashboard.
Detect and analyze alarms, performance deviations, or potential failures.
Incident Management:
Act as the first responder to infrastructure alerts; escalate issues to engineers or vendors as needed.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical incidents and minimize downtime.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain logs of incidents, resolutions, and system performance metrics.
Generate reports on uptime, incident trends, and infrastructure health.
Compliance & Safety:
Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.
Participate in audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery drills.
