Network Engineer-2

JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $21.00 per hour

1st shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Lead Associate is responsible for supervising the line and for reading production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be gathered and distributed for production per quality standards and procedures.

1. Establish priorities, provide direction, assign tasks, coordinate, and support the team to ensure productivity and instill initiative.
2. Prior lead experience or assistant management experience a plus.
3. Maintain high-level quality control within the department.
4. Determine work assignments and equipment needs based on work orders and/or oral instructions.
5. Complete daily logs.
6. Wear the proper PPE.
7. Working knowledge of warehouse functions and operations.
8. Must be able to take directions as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
9. Weekends may be required to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

1. Walks/stands/climbs for 12 hours.
2. Strong computer knowledge of Excel and Word.
3. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
4. Frequently bends, squats, climbs, kneels, twists, push/pull, and reach overhead.
5. Must use hands frequently for grasping, fine manipulation, and push/pulling.
6. Will be required to always work in a safe manner.
7. Must place high importance on producing a quality product.
