MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To conduct installation and management of Mediclinic Network Infrastructure and Security

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Design and manage Network performance within Mediclinic
• Manage and mitigate ICT risks within Mediclinic
• Ensure process and system improvement within ICT Network environment
• Update and maintain Support Procedures within the Network environment
• Manage stakeholder relations and client service within ICT

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:

• Grade 12
• Certified Cisco Network Professional (CCNP) Certificate

DESIRED EDUCATION:

• None

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM:

• 5 Years experience in a Network Environment

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Firewall Technologies

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Network routing and switching technologies
• Data Cabling standards
• Network standards
• Network security products (e.g. Cisco ASA, Palo Alto etc.)
• Ability to work independently
• Network configuration
• An ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Networking security principles
