Your Role

1. Installation and Configuration: Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware and software.
2. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network issues, identify problems, and implement solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
3. Network Monitoring: Monitor network performance and capacity, using tools to track uptime, latency, and other performance indicators.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network configurations, installations, and troubleshooting steps.
5. Collaboration: Work with other team members, including senior engineers, to support network solutions.
6. Security: Assist with developing and implementing network security procedures.

Requirements

• Matric, IT Diploma, or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Fortinet Certificate advantageous).
• Minimum of one year's relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.), and technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.).
• Understanding and experience with NDR & DLP solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Clear criminal record.
