Job description

A client within the non-profit organization sector is seeking a passionate and experienced Network Administrator to join their team.

Location:

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with ISO, PCI DSS, or similar standards
• Knowledge of IT Service Management processes (ITIL, COBIT, etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience as a Network Administrator, with a minimum of 3 years in technical security administration
• Expertise in Microsoft technologies, LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and vulnerability scanning tools
• Strong technical skills in IIS, Linux, VMWare, and Veeam Backup

Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee technology infrastructure across Development, UAT, Backup, and Production environments
• Documentation: Maintain detailed configurations and process documentation
• Performance Optimization: Ensure infrastructure availability, capacity, and performance
• Disaster Recovery: Conduct tests and manage backups to protect data
• Support: Assist the Security Administrator and Helpdesk as needed
