NET Developer Security Analysis

• Assist with development of new processes and applications as needed
• Development using C# and Microsoft .NET Core and various system APIs
• Performing unit tests
• Participating in analysis design and coordination with other team members
• Creation of bug reports
• Utilize .Net C# to build and maintain backend system components

Security Analysis:

• Monitoring network traffic
• Putting prevention systems in place
• Investigating unusual network activities
• Penetration testing
• Responding to security incidents

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience with MVC architecture Entity Framework (EF Core)
• Experience with MySQL
• Experience with Frontend and Cross Platform Frameworks (Angular MAUI preferred)
• 2-3 years working experience with C# / ASP / MySQL / SQL / REST APIs / HTML / JS / TS
• Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, or IT Engineering Degree
• General knowledge of cyber security
• Understanding of networks, systems, and software
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Scripting
• Awareness of controls and frameworks best practices
• Insight into threat detection and incident response
• Keep updated on the latest security trends
• Understand cyberattacks & detection mechanisms
• Monitor security alerts on the SIEM / XDR security tool
• Perform analysis through enrichment & triage of alerts / threats detected
• Manage tickets based on threats detected in the environment
• Basic knowledge of networks
• Basic knowledge of security & response
• Knowledge of IS vulnerability management
• Certifications: CESA, Security, CCNA
