RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field (strong commercial portfolio may be considered in lieu of a degree)Proficiency in modern .NET (version 6 or later, including.NET 8 ) – essential5 or more years of commercial software development experience using C# and the .NET framework, with a track record of delivering and maintaining production systemsStrong practical experience with ASP.NET Core and RESTful API design (APIs consumed by web, mobile and third-party clients)Solid experience with relational databases – PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server – including schema design, query optimization and Entity Framework CoreProficiency with Git-based version control (branching strategies, pull requests) and CI/CD pipelinesComfortable working in Agile/Scrum and experienced at onboarding to existing codebases through documentation, code reading and structured handoverAdvantageous: experience with cloud-hosted / cloud-native environments, particularly AWS (EC2, RDS, S3 or equivalent) is advantageous.Proficiency with Git-based version control workflows, including branching strategies, pull request reviews, and working within a CI/CD pipelineComfortable working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, and experienced in onboarding to existing codebases through documentation review, code reading, and structured handover processes
