Job Opening: Electronic Naval Product Tester (HF Radio Communication)

We are seeking a BTech (Electronic or Computer) engineer for a position based in Pretoria East. The company has 17 years of experience in product testing for naval products within a military R&D environment. The ideal candidate will have solid skills in HF radio communication.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Establish and maintain test setups for various product and system configurations, including military applications.
• Collaborate closely with development engineers to test, debug, and qualify products and systems.
• Develop code for test platform software subsystems and perform unit testing using C and Python.

Minimum Requirements & Experience

• BTech in Electronic or Computer Engineering
• At least 7 years of professional experience in product testing
• Proficiency with Visio
• Experience in HF radio communication
• Basic experience working with software in C or C++ in a Windows-based environment
• Basic knowledge of using a Linux-based environment for C development
